You’ll find the restaurant located on the ground floor of the Novotel Sydney International Airport, approximately a kilometre from the airport terminals on the Cooks River in Wolli Creek.
The Marke Kitchen is open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The Marke Bar
Experience a fun-filled night at The Marke Bar and enjoy a large selection of drinks.
The bar stocks a range of local craft beers from independent breweries as well as gin from nearby distilleries and exceptional wines from regional New South Wales. Included in the extensive drinks menu, you’ll find all your favourite local and international spirits and an impressive range of cocktails too.
The Marke Bar is open from Tuesday to Saturday from 4pm – 11pm.

Items in The Marke Pantry include bakery ingredients, honey and jams, snacks, as well as sauces and mustards produced by our nearby growers and partners.
The Marke Pantry is open from 6:30am daily and is located inside The Marke Kitchen.
