The Winter Oak brings together the smooth character of Maker’s Mark Bourbon with the rich sweetness of maple syrup and brown sugar, balanced by aromatic Angostura bitters. Stirred over ice and finished with burnt cinnamon, fresh rosemary, orange and star anise, this bourbon-forward cocktail opens with warm notes of oak, vanilla and spice before developing into a subtly smoky finish.
